Summary: Very disappointed in the clinical side. I am hoping when we can start billing, I am much more impressed with that side of the software.
Positive: Sticky Notes, being able to have multiple windows open for ease of finding information while in a note. Support desk is impressive, very responsive, and always friendly!
Negative: Nothing flows cohesively, many many glitches, No functioning Plan of Care. The forms do not include questions for areas of required information, for example on the discharge summary, there is a lot of required info that is not included and must be memorized by staff to include on the document for compliance. That is one example, we have found MANY!

Summary: Mumms support staff is top notch and although there are repeating issues (visit not in chart and unable to close visit), the support team is efficient in resolving these issues as well as others that come up. The system continues to improve. Still waiting for the offline availability of C2.
Positive: Support team is very helpful in resolving issues quickly.
Continuing to improve features.
C2 uses Chrome.
Smartchart and Clearscripts.Negative: C2 not available offline.
