SmartBip Description
SmartBip is our platform's name. It acts as an API Gateway and Middleware between the internal systems and the App and Web frontends. This facilitates and secures the communication between the parties.
RetAPPs was established in 2012 by Alessandro Tiretta. He still provides the company with his retail industry expertise.
He realized that brick-and-mortar stores could benefit from innovative tools in their battle against online boutiques. This was both for customer engagement and to meet the new needs of manufacturers. Today's data prove that this is true.
