Slint is stable. Accessibility software is updated regularly, but other software may be updated on an individual basis. Slint can work in both graphical and console modes. You can switch between them without having to restart. You can even launch multiple graphical environments and switch among them. The Slint dashboard provides direct access to the main tools, useful information, and links. In text mode, the installation program is accessible to blind people who use a screen reader or Braille monitor.
