Summary: Generally really great product and service, especially for smaller to midsize organizations. We've been using SkyPrep close to 10 years now.

Positive: Simple and easy to use interface. Can integrate SCORM content. Affordable price point. Responsive customer support.

Negative: Doesn't track progress within modules like slides, videos (precisely what time), PDFs, etc.

Summary: I would definitely recommend SkyPrep LMS for companies looking to improve their training experience for their staff.

Positive: The SkyPrep platform is simple and friendly to use for managers and learners. It gave our company an opportunity to present more professional and engaging content for our staff. Since we started using SkyPrep in 2016 we have been able to add additional content and material for our franchisees and coaches. The SkyPrep platform is continually improved and enhanced with additional functionality.

Negative: Whilst the platform is fantastic, it is not a one-stop shop platform for a franchising company and requires us to use a different CRM for managers and learners.

Summary: Overall outstanding experience. Has met all of my expectations and beyond. Have been able to successfully pass major regulatory audits by using the versatility of the platform to showcase training and performance of my department.

Positive: Very simple, clean, and versatile product to use for non-IT administrators. Excellent platform for any organization that has a large sector of business partners that require company training.

Negative: Not applicable. Have not encountered any aspects that I do not like. I would like to see a Mobile App that can be downloaded by users in the field. Would also like to see training course OJT evaluation and audit functions added.

Summary: Overall, our experience with SkyPrep has been great! The customer service we have received from the company itself has been wonderful. They are always quick to respond and provide lots of assistance when needed, especially during the implementation and rollout of the system when we started a few years ago. Great company and great software! Would highly recommend to any smaller-sized business looking to move their training to online.

Positive: The system is extremely user-friendly. We have a very diverse workforce when it comes to age, and we have hardly had any issues with employees not being able to complete their training. We have also been able to streamline our training processes, so everything has become very consistent across the board, thanks to all of our training and development being placed into this system.

Negative: The ILT function does not work well with Microsoft Teams, unfortunately. We are unsure if it is on SkyPrep's side or Microsoft's side, but the integration between the two platform disconnects each time we try and hold a live training session. Fortunately we are still able to use Zoom, however as a company that relies mostly on Teams for communication, this has become a slight headache.

Summary: SkyPrep is great! I have used other systems as an administrator and there isn't a difficulty in navigating the system or the need to remember extra steps to remember how to find something. It flows better than other systems. Even for a user, it's easy to find their courses and certificates.
Disclaimer: I don't know much about the pricing as its handled by another department but from what I have heard it's reasonable.

Positive: Originally when I started using it, I didn't like how you had to jump between different pages to see uploaded files and your courses. But since the new update that extra step was eliminated and it flows more easily to get your specific files.

Negative: This could be a user error (my error) but when locating courses, I usually have to search within the list of courses. Not sure if it's possible, but if there is a way to create a dashboard for the admin to se the courses they built, that would be phenomenal.
