Summary: : I’ve been designing websites since the mid-90s, so I know a thing or two about web standards and optimal workflow. Right out of the box, I was convinced that Sitejet was built by professionals who take their craft seriously. Careful thought has been placed behind every feature to ensure that designers can create websites that are optimized for the web in the least amount of time possible. The result? The ability to scale your business, save your customers valuable time, and churn out websites quickly.

Positive: Frees up time to be creative, good client communication system

Negative: Some features require a learning curve but nothing too demanding

Summary: Before Sitejet, being a freelance designer meant distress and angst every time my phone pinged. Was it a client or family and friends? Moreover, I had to hold the customer’s hand for every small detail whether it be updating the site URL or adding new content to an existing blog post. Fortunately, Sitejet allowed me to set up a workflow that gives the customer the ability to make changes themselves. No more midnight pings for me :)

Positive: Well-thought features + process which means I can focus more on design and less on customer management

Negative: Minor bugs appear sometimes, but the support staff is quick to fix things

Summary: I have been looking for a platform like this that allows me to build an agency that I could sell under my own brand. I found Sitejet to be perfect fit.

Positive: - White-labeling

- Ability for customers to access projects and provide feedback
- Sitebuilder easy to use with good templates
- Built in project phases

Negative: I had some issues at the start and lost my data, but this was resolved quickly. Also setting up the e-mail option is slightly confusing and could do with some more guidance.

Summary: It just helps me to save a great amount of time, creating great websites for my clients. In general it has just replaced all my other tools for website creation. I can do everything through the platform, which is just great.

Positive: Everything is so easy to setup and use, you can just concentrate on building websites. No struggle with installations, plugins, updates etc... And the fact that I have all my websites in one place. Also that I can do all the communication with my clients through Sitejet is a great plus.

Negative: Well, I am not using Sitejet for so long, and as well Sitejet is quite at the beginning. It still feels a bit "rough" in some of its´functions. But nothing which they will not be able to fix. All in all there is nothing I would say i DISLIKE. I really would like to see Sitejet Controlpanel and Customer Panel in Spanish.

Summary: I find SiteJet intuative to use. I like how my clients can also pick it up very quickly.

Positive: It's quick and easy to get clients up and running on SiteJet and means we can focus on growing our business.

Negative: I wish the blogging platform had more features such as categories etc.

Summary: I use Sitejet to my Company, all our customers say that they love our new website because looks so attractive and now we are getting new customers thanks to the responsive Sitejet tools, Was a very nice idea work with Sitejet services.

Negative: Sitejet have multiple templates that the users can use for a new website, but I consider that most of them are so simples and do not show all the potential that Sitejet can do.

Summary: With many website builders on the market, it’s easy to know which one is the right one for you since each platform targets one kind of user. Fortunately, with Sitejet that isn’t the case since they have designed a platform that allows users of all backgrounds to create websites and run a business with remarkable ease. Moreover, they’ve added some exciting features over regular web design platforms.

Positive: Good set of features, helpful and friendly support

Negative: I would prefer to have some more templates to choose from

Summary: Very impressed and great way to cut the time in building a website for a client over the usual wordpress setups.

Positive: Fantastic flexible drag and drop editor, great to have the ecommerce features too.

One of the best features is the client collaboration tools, the workflow for client communication really helps.

Negative: It would be great to add more reporting, clients love stats, so reporting around seo, ranking, broken links ect would be good.

Summary: Sitejet has been a huge help in helping us to streamline our website building and web business process. There are so many features and qualities on the platform that empowers a web design agency to get things done efficiently. Besides the awesome benefit of being able to build websites quickly using its powerful drag and drop features, what has helped us the most so far is the back in support we are now able to provide our customers. Sitejet’s White Label dashboard allows our customers to log in and interact with us as we build their sites. This has impressed our professionalism to them in ways nothing else has. Plus Sitejet’s customer/technical support has been nothing less than superior. We are thrilled with their service!

Positive: We are thrilled with Sitejet’s support and the amount of tools they provide to empower us to do a great job for our clients. The drag and drop web builder has proven to be powerful and reliable. Their customer support has already helped us out of several challenges we ran into in our process delivery.

Negative: There are so many features that it takes some time to find your way around. They do have tutorials to shorten the learning curb.

Summary: Actually SiteJet has given me a renewed excitement toward web development. I was literally thinking of quitting due to the frustrations of Wordpress plugins being glitchy and or not working, or one plugin breaking another plugin etc. Then a buddy told me about SiteJet. I realized the features I spoke about in the previous section do save a bunch of time and headaches. once you get past the learning curve phase, however again they do have a thorough video tutorials which walk you though things.

Positive: What I like best about SiteJet is that it is an all-in-one project, client and team management system. I was stoked to see that as I new how much time it would save being able to manage project development, and communication with clients and team members in one place. I also really like the feature to send a client a link for collecting website content which they submit vs a bunch of back and forth emails, and a the ability to send a client a link to preview and leave notes directly on the webpage that is in progress.

Negative: What I dislike most is the learning curve of a new platform, however as I'm getting more and more familiar with the platform I'm impressed by the ease and built-in features and functionality. However the learning curve isn't so bad due to their support being quick to reply which was a big plus for me. They also have solid video tutorials.

Summary: So far, awesome. Building out my own site and getting ready to begin offering SiteJet to clients.

Positive: The ability to easily build client sites and manage them all in one location is the most appealing feature of Sitejet. This allows me to offer a lower-end package with a very fast turnaround for the cost-conscious business owner.

Negative: I would like to see more template options available. The lack of blog capability was a negative that has been resolved. Aside from these, I see no significant shortcomings in Sitejet.

Summary: Sitejet has given me the confidence to create and build a new business. I love how I can create a website fast and show a client and launch within a couple days.

Positive: I love that Sitejet allows me to focus on my clients and my design. I have been searching for a platform that will allow me to rapidly create a website while I can focus on my clients.

Negative: The system for using emails could use some work. But I know it’s a new platform and some kinks need to be worked out.

Summary: SiteJet has helped my business in a few different ways. 1st is in the area of communication. The dashboard allows me to both send and receive emails with clients. I'm able to fix their problems and site changes quickly. Which makes me look like a rock star. 2nd SiteJet has allowed me to complete more projects in a faster manner. I'm able to start and finish a project in a least half the time it would take me with other platforms. This is allowing me to better serve my clients, but also have time to take on new ones. 3rd SiteJet is cutting my overhead costs. The pricing for the platform and the price per site is amazing! I definitely suggest anyone in the web design field to take a good look at SiteJet. They are doing big things in this industry.

Positive: The all in one approach that SiteJet has is awesome! I'm able to field emails and complete tasks on websites without having to leave the dashboard. Their project management is perfect for keeping up with all my projects. It's also very simple to use the product. You're truly able to build anything with the platform. The biggest feature I like is the ability to export a site once you've completed it. That feature is lacking with other similar solutions.

Negative: One current downside that they are actively fixing is the client side tutorials. I'd like to be able to send clients a video for step by step instructions on how to use the platform. This would prevent me from getting those how to emails all the time. They also don't currently have a blogging and commenting system. I know that this change is coming some.

Summary: Really nice experience using the product. Very manageable and streamlined

Positive: Easy to use with beautiful templates. Also the customer service is amazing. I’m a huge fan of sitejet it has allowed me to propel my web design business to the next level

Negative: Can’t wait til they have even more templates. It’s a really good product overall don’t really have any complaints. I guess I wish they had more tutorial videos

Summary: The experience with Sitejet is absolutely positive. It's one of the best SAAS of the last times, considering any field of business on the Web.

Specifically, it is truly an alternative each Web designer or Web agency should give a try if not satisfied within other platforms.

Final note: This is a new (and again very good) review, to confirming my first impressions on 2019. Also on August 2020 Sitejet is what you are searching for if you wish get the (perfect) job done for your customers.

Positive: Sitejet permits to get each tool you need for building astonishing websites for your customers, and before of it a clear dashboard for a clear overview regarding what you can do thanks of it and regarding the state of your works.
You can find what you need exactly where you imagine it is.
In this platform the most important project design's sides for a solopreneur or an agency are coverred and the price table is really well balanced.
Not only there are many features; they are rich and often they are updated looking at offering the best experience for designers.

The Customer Care is simply what any solopreneur or agency could wish: Always fast and accurate.

Negative: It's hard to find true cons, above all because the Team is working on any improvable part of the system, and it isn't easy. They are making a great work!

In any case, I could talk regarding the learning section: It offers well setted advices, but in my opinion it should contains other relevant info in a tree model.

Observing the big steps already done (in a short time), I imagine the Team is working on it.
