Find out how we developed the app in a unique manner to help you be more efficient with your project. Site Diary is a combination of a tablet/mobile app and a web-based desktop version. The mobile app is for recording events on a daily basis on site. The web version can be used when you are in the office to manage your project, oversee field work and search for old entries. Everything that is recorded on the web app or mobile app is synchronised through our cloud server hosted at Microsoft Azure. All users have the same login details and can access both the web app and mobile apps. The user rights grant access to a restricted view. Weather is automatically calculated based on site location. You can also edit it to reflect your current location. You can quickly access prefilled sections for manpower, equipment, materials and contractors to quickly select what you used each morning from a drop-down list.
