Sigrity PowerSI Description
Cadence®, Sigrity™, PowerSI®, technology is designed to help you address increasingly difficult issues such as simultaneous switching noise, signal co-coupling and target voltage levels. It provides fast, precise, and detailed electrical analysis for complete IC packages and PCBs. It can be used pre-layout for power- and signalintegrity guidelines. Post-layout it can also be used to verify performance and improve designs without the need for a prototype. Sigrity PowerSI electromagnetic field solver technology allows you to quickly perform a wide range of studies. You can identify trace and via coupling problems, power/ground fluctuations due to simultaneously switching outputs, as well as design regions that are below or above voltage targets. PowerSI technology allows you to extract frequency-dependent network parameter models, and visualize complex spatial relationships.
