SightFlight is an innovative platform that utilizes drones for surveying roofs and sites, catering specifically to solar installers, roofing professionals, surveyors, and inspection crews. The mobile application facilitates the planning and execution of autonomous aerial surveys using compatible DJI drones, allowing teams to subsequently upload captured images to a web workspace for the purpose of 3D model reconstruction and analysis. Users have the ability to measure various parameters such as roof edges, planes, area, pitch, azimuth, obstructions, and shading, enabling them to create solar layouts and produce comprehensive reports for estimating costs, planning installations, conducting roof inspections, and facilitating customer handovers. All project data, including field captures, models, measurements, and reports, are organized in one location to streamline collaboration between office and field teams. When new users sign up, they are granted trial survey credits, with each project consuming one credit for the entire workflow encompassing flight, image upload, model creation, design, and reporting processes.
