Siemens SCALANCE M Routers Description
SCALANCE M includes both wired and mobile wireless routers. These routers are well-suited for industrial remote access applications. SCALANCE M mobile wireless routers allow both stationary and mobile stations to be connected to a central control system and monitoring system via 3G, 4G, or LTE. The SCALANCE M product line includes wired routers that allow for secure, cost-effective connections to remote machines and plants via SHDSL, ADSL or PROFIBUS/MPI. SCALANCE M accessories include a variety of mobile wireless antennas that can be used for different purposes. The SCALANCE M industrial routers are universally compatible with telecontrol, remote service, and other applications for industrial remote communication. SCALANCE M industrial routers allow remote machines and plants access to public or private remote networks. Wireless communication can be done using GSM (2G), UMTS (33G), or LTE (4G), or wired via ADSL or SHDSL.
