    Summary: My coins sent to SideShift.ai were confirmed almost 90 minutes ago, and I am still waiting on them to send the exchanges coins to my wallet.

    Support advised there is a delay at their end with XMR and could provide no estimate as to when my coins might be sent.

    Positive: None to speak of, except they did respond quickly to my help request when waiting on my coins to be sent.

    Negative: Very slow. 10 minute exchange guideline is inaccurate.
