ShopEdge Description

ShopEdge is an ERP Software solution that supports metal stamping and repetitive manufacturing environments. It has a strong shop floor focus. Shop floor messaging is a real-time tool for stampers who want to improve visibility, efficiency and communication. Operators can communicate directly with material handlers to indicate a need for raw materials or work in progress, or to drop-off or pick up containers. Production delays can be minimized by ensuring that material is readily available when it is needed. Material handlers get notified immediately after a request has been sent. Live dashboards also alert users when there are still requests. As required, messages can be sent back-and-forth. Easily identify bottlenecks in the shop floor.
