    Summary: Support was also really good, they answered the phone in 30 seconds and it was a real person who was able to track my shipment for me.

    Positive: - Free
    - Helped me fill out my international documents
    - better rates than i could find
    - has all the couriers to compare

    Negative: - none
    - they answered the phone so quickly i didn't have my account number ready
