Deplorable Customer Service Date: Dec 10 2024
Summary: Overall, the headaches, hassles, and frustrations simply are not worth it, not for $3200/year. If you want good customer service you might find it easier from a brick wall than you will with these folks. At least the brick wall won't hang up on you.
Positive: Good software. We have enjoyed the scheduling, church management, and various other programs. They are not very user friendly and take FOREVER to set up, but there again, very little thought went into customer service.
Negative: I am sad to say that the service of this company makes it one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

When we signed up we purchased the Complete Suite with streaming features. Those streaming features add $150 more a month to the package below it. We ended up not using the streaming app and now would like to downgrade our membership. Most companies allow this online. Not this one. I opened a ticket with billing on 11/8, 11/21, 12/8 and I have called twice, once in between each ticket opening. Nobody has contacted me. No emails, no phone calls.
Fast forward to today. I call to speak to somebody. When I get a rep on the phone he gives me the same "I'll open a ticket and someone will call you" nonsense the last two agents gave me. This time I asked to speak to a Supervisor. He put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then popped back on and said one wasn't available and he would have them call me. Again, frustrated, I *kindly* explained that I was aggravated and did not trust that I would be called back and asked for a direct phone number. I explained that I would need to talk to somebody today or I would be cancelling my subscription. He said, "Well, you can certainly do that" and then HE HUNG UP ON ME.
There is nothing Christian about this company other than the people who they are mistreating. Run away as fast as you can!
