Summary: Thrilled with the service. Application is smooth, efficient and organized. I was able to transfer warranties with ease, and dispose damaged devices flawlessly.
Positive: ScalePad responds quickly and provide all the support with out delay!
Stan, Partner Support Specialist, Lifecycle Manager is one of the best along with his team. I am glad TeamLogicIT partnered with them.Negative: At first their site sent me air delivery labels for shipping. This was a problem at first but they resolved this expediently smooth with no delay and never made the mistake again.

Portal is Impressive, The Actual Service is Unreliable At Best. Date: Feb 06 2023
Summary: The warranty service is a deal breaker. It doesn't matter how many bells and whistles the dashboard has. If you are not delivering the promised service, it's of no use.
Positive: The Web portal. All of my client's devices are detailed with manufacturer, model warranty status, purchase dates, serial numbers.
Negative: Literally every Next Business Day claim I made took over a week to be resolved. This is why i stopped doing business with ScalePad.
