Summary: Mayank and his team is dedicated and focused with customer satisfaction, they have very good understanding of event elements as well as technology which can support the elements, working Samaaro with team is fun, they are super professional and passionate about there work, we highly recommend their services

Positive: - They have a dedicated team for each project which make them very easily accessible.
- They have young professionals working in the team, they are highly motivated and not always ready to work in tight timelines.
- Response time is very fast.
- Product quality is very good and user friendly.

Negative: - There is no specific cons working with the team, some times you have to pay more to get good experience, but yeah they can work more on the pricing.

Summary: Really good to host an online event, our participants were happy with the platform and the design was beautiful.

Positive: Samaaro was open to all our ideas for our event, they were able to personalize our space in the best way possible. Even with a big time difference they were there to answer all our questions at any time. They were patience and kind with our demands, and the platform worked very well.

Negative: More communication was needed in terms of how to use the platform during the event so that we can avoid any misunderstandings.

Summary: I was part of the Innovation Digi virtual summit hosted by RADCube back in November. I was absolutely thrilled by how interactive the entire platform was.

Features like live Q&As and breakout sessions added to the engagement of the event.

Overall, Samaaro was very easy-to-use with a very intuitive UI.

Negative: Nothing in particular, it solved the basic things i was looking for in a virtual event. But going forward I would like them to come with an app to connect online and offline attendee for hybrid events which will happen post covid.

Summary: Recently, we hosted a virtual exhibition on Samaaro. To begin with, the entire platform was customized and branded according to our requirements, which we were very particular about.

Moving on, the automated booth feature helped all our exhibitors in creating and customizing their product booths very easily. Additional features like the Meeting Scheduler, Real-time Analytics, Resource Center and Personal Briefcase really cratered to the pain-points of both the attendees and exhibitors.

From an organizers point of view, Team Samaaro was very supportive and collaborative throughout duration of planning and executing the event. Very happy with the service and, of course, the product.

Negative: Nothing much as the event was glitch free and we did not face any issues.

Summary: Samaaro is an out-of-the-box, unique and innovative virtual event platform that provided me with an opportunity to connect with people from around the world. It consists of features that will make one's virtual event experience a lot smoother and convenient. Excited to see how this software evolves in near future.

Negative: For live sessions, a Q&A panel was available in which we could submit questions to the speaker. When i submitted a question, there was a delay for the question to appear on it. I felt that could be sped up. No other major blocks for me.

Summary: After having attended 30+ virtual summits, trade fairs and conferences over the course of the past 6 months, the one platform that I really liked was Samaaro.

It offered a ton of features that allowed me to easily attend and network during a virtual event. It had a very interactive interface that included a lobby, information desk, exhibitor booth, exhibitor hall and more.

I have attended virtual events on other platforms as well, but none of them provided the experience Samaaro did.

Negative: None. The overall platform experience was quite good.

Summary: It's been a positive experience using this. It's easy to use free of hassles. I use it once or twice a month.

Positive: This is a very effective platform for hosting virtual events and exhibitions. I had a hassle free experience using it.

Negative: I really couldn't come across any cons. It's been a nice experience.

Summary: Over the last few months, I have attended close to 10 virtual events hosted by organizers from all over the world, but the one virtual event that I really enjoyed attending was the REIE, which was hosted on Samaaro. It offered a ton of features which included one-on-one video chats and a personal briefcase.

Negative: I didn't experience anything that I disliked particularly.

Summary: On the 3rd and 4th of Sept, I attended the Renewable Energy India E-Expo, a virtual exhibition which was hosted on Samaaro.

To begin with, I found the registration page very helpful, which required only a few details. I was able to log into the event very easily, and avoided the hassle of receiving a mail, entering a code, and so on.

Moving on, the interface of the platform was something that I really liked. The design was aesthetically appealing and navigation was butter-smooth.

My favourite part was the Exhibition halls and booths. There were around 20 booths at the event and each of them had something unique to engage with and explore. One thing that stood out for me was the ability to schedule meetings with event representatives of the stalls. I also had the opportunity of interacting with a few exhibitors in a one-on-one video chat. This helped me connect with the sellers easily. Another one was the personal briefcase, which allowed me to save documents, I was interested in from the various booths, for later downloading.

All-in-all it was great experience being a part of this virtual exhibition.

Negative: I didn't feel there were any cons or disappointments as such.

Summary: I had a really fun experience. The event was filled activities like polls and quizzes. Although the event was a short one, the experience I had was memorable.

Positive: Using Samaaro was a different experience all together. The interface was beautifully designed and was very systematically built. One unique feature that I really liked was the social lounge where people's tweets appeared.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like about the event. I faced no glitches when streaming or using the different features, and the entire event was flawless.

Summary: The overall experience with the platform was amazing. It was very easy and fun to use.

Positive: I took part in various polls, quizzes and games, and the activity leaderboard had me on the toes until the end. Samaaro is a very innovative platform with a lot of exciting features, and anyone who uses it will definitely enjoy it.

Negative: Nothing in particular. The organizers went overboard and I had to answer a lot of polls.

Summary: We had an urgent requirement for our annual award-function ceremony, and this was the first time we were hosting a virtual event, so we weren’t sure what to expect.

But the event turned out to be par excellence. Samaaro’s team was very communicative and quick to respond. They made us understand how virtual events actually work and showed us some of their projects, which helped us make the decision.

We were able to deliver an interactive virtual award function for our employees without any glitches, and we are very happy with what Samaaro brought to the table.

Positive: Team Samaaro delivered an optimal virtual experience with their interactive technology. Their software is out-of-the-box and was everything that we needed. The icing on the cake was the fact that they helped us build and mold our content in such a way that it elicits customer engagement, and the result was high audience retention until the end of the event.

Negative: The event was conducted very efficiently and we didn’t face any issues before or during the event.

Summary: I took part in a virtual summit hosted by ELETS on Samaaro last month, and it was truly amazing to witness how innovative the technology used for the event was.

I was not expecting a virtual event to be so interactive and engaging. The keynote sessions were quite immersive with all the chat boxes followed by Q&A sessions and quizzes at the end of it.

I absolutely enjoyed taking part in the virtual summit!

Positive: I loved the fact that you can play games, participate in live polls, have one-on-one video chats, visit exhibit booths and enter a networking lounge where you can interact with other people with the same interests. All of these factors made it seem like a real event.

Negative: The chat interface was a bit confusing initially, but eventually you get used to it.

Summary: I recently attended a virtual event hosted by Samaaro. Coming from a non-IT background, it was a bit daunting to imagine myself using a virtual events platform. But as it turned out to be, all you needed was basic knowledge of using a computer.

Once I entered the event, I was amused to see a digital space filled with different elements. I specifically enjoyed taking part in the quizzes, polls and Q&A sessions. It was even more intriguing to see the event being customized to our brand guidelines, much like real-life events.

I thoroughly enjoyed attending my first virtual event! Kudos to the organizers and Samaaro.

Negative: I enjoyed the overall experience of the event. Didn't feel anything was missing as such.

Positive: Very organized, prompt with an easy-to-understand process. The Platform was very well accepted and we faced no technical issues.

Negative: We faced a few issues in translating our offline event plans to an online one and had to cut back on some ideas. However, the Samaaro team was very helpful in finding solutions to these issues.
