Summary: Salesforce is such a practical service that it can be used by any marketer even if they don't have the right expertise. The logistics that Salesforce allows you to handle are well optimized, to the point that there is no confusion between the sales records of one employee and another. Salesforce fully automates the entire technical gap between the number of customers who are reached via the web and the logistical training that the company maintains for new salespeople. Salesforce provides good average analytics to customer databases, which helps to detail to new salespeople the transaction history that each customer has recorded with the company.
Positive: Salesforce stores and sends all sales information to our own cloud, where it is kept encrypted until review, and the quality of its graphical analysis is very extensive, as you can create great comparisons between new and old sales or use different charting systems to provide different views of a single sales process. Salesforce is a good fit for any sales team that wants to work with information moved from an enterprise management platform (e.g., Sage Intacct), whose performance is greatly improved by streamlining the processes of managing customer information from one platform to another.
Negative: You cannot aggregate customer databases coming from some email marketing automation platforms. Other than that, the Salesforce platform has proven to be of excellent quality.
