Summary: Sales Buzz covers 95% of the business needs. It is very user-friendly software. The support team is very good. The new design is effective. But, There is no documents for setups and business cycle. There is a need for a user manual.

Summary: The first advantage is that it is web enabled (Web application). Good user experience and very easy to use on the APK and back office. But, Could integrate with AI and Machine learning experience, that could recommend extra items to sell to the clients according to their patterns and behavior.
