Sage CRM is a better CRM than we expected Date: Mar 29 2021
Summary: There are many ways to cover sales within Sage CRM, and it is because of this that we can safely employ it so that problems do not occur during open sales processes with various customers. It is very reassuring to be able to communicate with customers whenever you want to, as doing so builds trust with each customer.
Positive: Sage CRM serves to make adapting to new and improved mechanics of working with customer requests relatively easier to achieve, allowing us to better configure the quality of communication that is generally handled with the public, and the optimization of the support offered to them.
Negative: All the information that is recorded from the contacts requires consent on their part, which despite proving to be positive for the realization of legal processes, is a drawback at the time of not wanting to have certain customers but still store their data for future applications of sales plans that we have.

Positive: Sage CRM can be implemented without the need to be connected to the internet: even though the information proposed by other vendors, and customer requests would not arrive until the connection is restored, it is entirely possible to keep working by manually updating customer and sales data, or managing documentation.
Negative: The only problem found in crm is its lack of ability to optimize the platform in relation to the type of screen being used, having to choose to change the display mode manually every time you go to work on the platform so that no problems occur. Referential customer data takes a long time to be deleted.

Summary: Sage crm helps us to establish a much more direct communication link with our clientele, where having access to their information is a process that happens much faster. In any case, the platform contains tools for reviewing and configuring sales plans, which could be used to obtain business transactions at a much higher level, and based on these transactions, to obtain detailed and extensive reports about each of the stages of the transaction and its results.
Positive: By being able to include accounting operations within our customer management, it is no longer necessary to opt for the use of ledger-based software such as QuickBooks, as Sage crm and its figure management system, from which high-performance reports can be created in terms of detail, is sufficient to cover the entire daily work quota. With the proper configuration of the content chains, it is proven that sage crm is an efficient software not only for customer management, but also for conducting multi-dimensional sales transactions over and over again by creating plans based on past sales experiences. We recommend it.
Negative: Sage crm is an excellent product and demonstrates many different facets. We do not agree with derogatory opinions about our usage experience, as the software proved to be of a high quality level and showed positive results at all times. We are satisfied with our investment in the product.

In fact, the main objective of the application is to improve the future sales plans that are created based on the strategies and interactions that have been carried out previously.
Positive: Sage CRM is a highly capable customer experience management software to guide us in the most important part of customer communication: the details. Within Sage CRM we can continually access all the contact details we assign to each customer, and review reports on past dealings.
Negative: We believe that it is not necessary to speak in negative aspects towards Sage CRM, which has remained a software with an adequate capacity to store customer information within the system and that no inconveniences occur when needing to update them due to any type of emergency or contingency that may arise.
