SPULLOWS Description
All calculations, including width, fatigue life cycle and stress, movement calculations, tie rod, tie-rods, sleeves, shrouds, length of the end pipes, vibration calculations, and tie-rod calculations, are automatically done. SPULLOWS generates a manufacturing drawing in ACAD or another 2D drafting software of bellows. This includes child part drawing and assembly drawings, as well as BOM (Bill of Materials), Standards/Schedules used, a 3D model and a costing sheet. All of these outputs can be generated automatically with a click of the button. The software offers a variety of materials, including MS, SS, and Inconel. The user can add a new material to the database by going into the Admin screen and clicking Add New Material.
