MyIT, a portal accessible through MS Teams or SharePoint that allows users to self-service, provides a knowledge base and documents, and links for training. IT Staff can access a secure Staff Portal via Microsoft Teams or SharePoint. The portal is a place where IT staff can organize their activities, communications, and documents. A Power BI Dashboard integrated into the management interface provides visibility.
