Positive: SKYPAD is an incredible retail analysis software that allows for cutting edge and detailed business. As a vendor, it allows you to connect to your big-box retailers (such as Neiman Marcus) and download daily, monthly, and quarterly selling reports. As a buyer/retailer, SKYPAD allows you to select specific selling metrics to share with your brands without divulging sensitive company data. The platform is easy to share and use across B2B Wholesale and is leaps and bounds ahead of its retail merchandising system predecessors. Additionally, the SKY IT Group has pioneered a new interactive map that showcases the development of department store openings across the USA.
Negative: If you have not received previous training in a retail merchandising system this software may have a bit of a learning curve - i.e. understanding which prompts will deliver the reporting information you are looking for in the vendor portal.
