Summary: Excellent! I would, and have, recommended this app to several other business owners.

Positive: It's very easy to use so all my employees have no issues being trained to clock in or not clocking in because they "can't figure it out". Also love the location feature. I run a on-site service business so that feature enables me to allow employees to travel straight to the job site and clock in there rather than coming to the office first. I used other programs and never really knew where they were at when they clocked in.

Negative: There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I tested several similar programs/apps and choose this one because it had everything I wanted.

Summary: I discovered Sinc last year as I was trying to find a solution to how to electronically track my employees clocking in/out and their hours overall for payroll. It works great! The app is simple and easy to use. The computer version allows me to run reports summarizing data for my employees. I also really like that if an employee forgets to clock out, he/she can request to edit their timecard and then I get a note to approve the change. It's a real slick system overall.

Positive: Ease of use. Desktop version creates great reports

Negative: Honestly, nothing. Everything really works great. I guess the one thing that is a little clunky is punching in break time.

Summary: We have not had any errors in record-keeping of time staff are working on jobs with this app. We can look back historically in a single screen and see hours work either daily, monthly or yearly. Overall its a good addition to our software

Positive: The app has potential to cut admin time significantly. All the time that could be spent on writing up timesheets on either word or excel is done in a single click of a button.

Negative: Have not found any cons as yet. We have been using it for about 6 months and it gets the job done

Summary: I've had only good experience with Sinc. Have never had any bugs or errors using it.

Positive: I love the flexibility and simplicity of this software. The employee can punch in or out where ever they are. I can also track where they are while working.

Negative: Haven't found anything negative about Sinc. It has more than met my expectations.

Summary: Since we implemented Sinc it's been very easy and less time consuming doing payroll. It does what it says very well. It works on Android and IOS so everyone can download and use it without any trouble. We highly recommend it!

Positive: Sinc has proven to be much more valuable than a traditional time clock for us. Our employees can see their hours and punch in and out right from their own phones. Makes submitting hours to payroll a breeze.

Negative: There really hasn't been any negative feedback from our employees and we as the business owners have loved seeing exactly when people arrive, go to lunch, come back and go home.

Summary: Really Love this App! I only wish I had found it sooner ! Really like how I get a more accurate accounting of hours & work performed. We used to use paper but the guys hated writing stuff down but they don't seem to have any problem with putting it in on the time-clock.

Positive: User friendly, technical service very good, Variety of reports and ease of use. Employees receptive to it. Very accurate information!

Negative: No Cons. Have NOT had any problems with it. Only wish that I had found out about it sooner!

Summary: Overall it has been a great implementation to our management and helps things run so smoothly

Positive: It has been quite frankly the best way i have found to keep track of staffing job costs, quality of jobs and anything else in service business.

Summary: I dont see the need for any other software solution for tracking my employees hours.

Positive: This app has become essential to keeping track of my employees hours. I dont need to do a thing, my employees provide their hours themselves.

Negative: Nothing to see here, there are no cons I am aware of

Summary: SINC is very helpful to me as a freelance consultant.

Positive: I do freelance consulting and need an easy app (desktop & mobile) to record and track the time I spend on my clients' projects. I discovered SINC and found that it does exactly what I need. It also allows me to enter the hourly rate I charge in my profile. When I start working on a project for one of my clients, I clock-in. Then, I clock-out when I am done. SINC makes it easy to get a monthly summary of time so I can accurately invoice my clients.

Keep up the great work SINC!

Negative: The functionality I'd like to see added to SINC is being able to see YTD and annual amounts on the fly w/o having to generate a report.

Positive: We have used SINC for our farm time clock for employees for two years and it has made doing payroll much easier. I can bill out time to customers in a more timely manner. Thank you for making my job easier!

Negative: I wish the notes could be printed out with the shift summary and the data for whom the time was to be billed to more clear

Summary: Very positive! Have recommended this to many friends. For a virtual timeclock, we could not be more happy!

Positive: Easy to use and understand. Associates can clock in and out from their phones. If a shift needs edits they can do that too with management approval. Reports are emailed for payroll and as documentation of hors worked. Really nice product.

Negative: Associates would like to view history to compare how their times can be improved on their routes. Other than that small “no big issue” there is no reason not to try Sinc

Summary: I recommend to contractors and have all the employees use saves time on payroll

Positive: Like the interface on the moble app, ease of use, navigating around is easy

Positive: Very easy to use and understand... no issue doing edits if I need.. love that it totals everything for me at the end of the week.

Negative: No cons for me as the product is simple and easy to use.

Summary: I use this to manage the schedule for our nanny. It calculates how much we need to pay her automatically, which alone saves me about 10 minutes a week. Before, I used a spreadsheet with formulas to calculate the hours:mins and pay, which was tedious each week!
She frequently forgets to clock in or out, so the edit feature is very handy. If she makes a mistake, a simple edit request and approval process and all is good!

Positive: Completely free to use for a couple of employees. Great mobile app!

Negative: I don't have any! Really, I looked through the app and could not find anything I didn't like.

Summary: Very easy app to keep track of my employee. She doesn't work right in my office so she clocks in every morning with ease. Time to do payroll, all I have to do is look at her hours on the app.

Positive: Easy for my employee to use from her home in another State.

Negative: I like how easy all the functions are with the software. No cons to report.
