Summary: Positive. We will be continuing to rely on it. The features and support are more than we expected and make the difference.
Positive: Setup was easy. Configuring workflows and integrations didn't require a lot of documentation or trial-and-error. The CLI and API features were valuable for integration and web admin productivity was great for quick setup. We found excellent options for connecting SFTPPlus with other systems. And their support responsiveness and creativity is reassuring.
Negative: There are a large number of logging event codes for fine-grained logging. The capability is impressive, but took some getting used to.
