SERIES 3 Distribution Description
The MBA Sales Order Entry module provides order processing and order management capabilities. It tracks customer orders and manages back orders. It generates invoices and quotes, and adjusts inventory accordingly. The MBA Accounts Receivable receives invoice information and keeps track of outstanding receivables. Multiple shipping addresses can be added to the customer record. Each shipping address may have a different sales representative. You can search for and review the status of sales orders using many criteria. You can enter quick orders and have invoices printed. This allows you to instantly update your inventory. This can be used for managing point-of-sale transactions. Reports can be used to track sales orders, sales commissions and underselling.
