Positive: Email and phone APIs are great, rule engine is very powerful and flexible. Data itself is very predictive both for fraud and credit risk assessment.

Negative: Device data is being captured on a per request basis thus not allowing to automatically monitor full user lifecycle. Having multiple rule policies within the engine would be great.

Summary: SEON is extremely useful in case your type of business is highly specialized and suffers from fraud, the amount of transactions is huge. You mustn't put system settings on your own, it's necessary just to make a request to developers, but Rules and Cliches configuration and analysis have to be made by the user himself.

-High level of support. Extremely quick responses, processing of realization of your request could take some time

Negative: -Automated Cliches Bot rarely offers essential rules, SEON doesn't help with rules improvement, which actually means that analysis and settings are going to be made by yourself.

Negative: Sometimes it may take time to customize some of the functions since you need to contact support in order to do so, which is not always convenient.

Summary: It has been a great experience using SEON in my job, without a doubt it's one of the best tools for fraud prevention and is easy to use.

Positive: I like the interface and the tools integrated into SEON, they are very useful in my day-to-day activities, simple and with great information

Negative: I would like to have an easier way to visualize particular information, in order to make comparisons among them.

Positive: What I did like the most about SEON is its quick response when submitting manually an email address/IP address/Phone number. This is an incredible advantage of SEON among other fraud-prevention tools that my team has used.

Negative: If there's anything that I would like to improve from SEON is its dashboard. It would be great if it could be more customizable.
