SDS-FullService is a cloud-based platform designed to centralize, digitize, and manage the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) provided by your suppliers. It creates an organized, searchable archive of SDS documents tailored to your company's specific sites, departments, and business units, ensuring that chemical information remains accurate and readily available for audits to comply with REACH, CLP, and internal regulations.

Among its key features are automatic extraction of SDS data in over 30 languages, a centralized repository with complete version histories and the ability to compare different versions via PDF, customizable approval workflows, and ongoing regulatory monitoring aligned with public ECHA listings, California Proposition 65, as well as other industry or custom watchlists. The platform also facilitates collaboration with suppliers to retrieve missing or outdated SDS and to gather their declarations of conformity, while ensuring that workers can easily access the latest SDS from both desktop and mobile devices. Furthermore, it provides a system for traceable delivery of your own SDS to customers, complete with proof of delivery to meet the requirements of REACH article 31.
