Ryde Central Description
Ryde Central makes patient transports extremely easy. The platform is designed for hospitals, nursing homes, brokerages, and insurance companies to schedule patient transports in under 60 seconds.
Instead of calling, your staff logs in to Ryde Central and completes a brief questionnaire about the patient's transport needs. Ryde Central immediately notifies your transport providers via email and text. The request is accepted on a first-come basis. Ryde Central then uses the information from the questionnaire to create a Medical Necessity/Physician Certification form and sends it to the provider electronically. All parties involved receive real-time status updates via email or text.

Summary: Love how this tool made my life so much easier! It's also really simple to use because it literally does most of the tedious work for me!
Positive: This made my life so much easier! On a normal day, it would take me hours to schedule transports. With Ryde Central my day got so much easier! All I do is post a transport request at a certain time, and transport providers will come to me. Literally no more hunting down and playing phone tag with transport providers!
Negative: Would love to see more transport providers, but that's not their problem.
