Each month, pharmacies process thousands of claims and procure numerous items from wholesalers, yet discrepancies frequently arise between these two processes. Issues such as mismatched NDCs, quantity discrepancies, and lower reimbursements from PBMs can make manual reconciliation a daunting and time-consuming task, often taking several hours in spreadsheets.

With RxDelta, pharmacies can quickly upload their billing exports and wholesaler invoices, allowing the software to meticulously match them on a line-by-line basis according to NDC and package size. In under three minutes, users receive a comprehensive reconciliation report highlighting NDC swaps, shortages, overages, and instances of reimbursements falling below acquisition cost, categorized by PBM and BIN.

RxDelta is compatible with a variety of pharmacy management systems, including PrimeRx, Liberty, PioneerRx, Rx30, Computer-Rx, BestRx, QS/1, and McKesson Pharmaserv, and it can also work with any platform that offers CSV or Excel export options.
