Transitioning from Control-M with Redwood was seamless, and their service team is unparalleled. Additionally, their guidance has enabled us to optimize our workflows effectively.
Negative: I have no complaints. Creating automation scenarios is straightforward, and it operates smoothly without any issues. While the documentation could use some improvement, it has been getting better over time.

Positive: Redwood servers and their functionalities are top-notch, including chains, events, time windows, submit frames, and timezones, which simplify daily tasks. Redwood servers can connect not only with SAP ECC but also with Oracle DB, PeopleSoft, and other systems.
Negative: There’s nothing negative to say about Redwood. Having worked with Redwood from scratch, I found it easy to understand all its options and features. The only minor drawback is that operator messages are displayed both on the home screen and on the operator page to identify which job caused an issue. It would be more convenient if there were an option to send operator messages via email, allowing anyone on the Redwood team to check and acknowledge them directly from their inbox.

Negative: As of now, there haven't been any significant issues with the Redwood system. However, there are some minor concerns that the support team should address. Often, when I download a report, it comes in a .CAR format, which complicates the process of converting it to an Excel file.
