    Positive: The support team's response has been subpar; it's been four days since I submitted a support ticket on the website, and I have yet to receive any form of communication from them.

    Summary: Horrible service took over 4 hours for server to activate if you’re looking for a GTA V or Red Dead server go with FiveM. I’m much happier and service is great also RocketNode WILL NOT REFUND YOU AT ALL BEWARE!!!

    Positive: Lol nothing. Didn’t even get to use. First off the only way to contact them is through tickets there’s no phone number or chat secondly it seemed to me that they don’t care about the customer at all.

    Negative: Everything services are horrendous. And they will not refund you for any reason.
