    It does what it promises, but not much else.

    Summary: Overall, I gave it 3 stars because it does what it promises to do, but it's not a good user experience. It can get very complicated very quickly for certain functions. The logic of how things are set up in the system doesn't always make sense either. But for the price, it does a good job. If you're on a slim budget and willing to deal with issues that support can resolve, then this is for you.

    Positive: They have a great support team that's willing to track down any issues until they reach a resolution. It also does what it promises -- helps you solicit reviews from customers via email and/or text. Finally, it uses APIs to pull reviews from platforms so you're notified when you receive a new review.

    Negative: The UX/UI is outdated and bad. It seems like it started as a good interface, but as the product's capabilities grew, the interface didn't grow with it. Over a year ago, one of the support team members told me they were working on a 2.0 version of the software, but they didn't have any kind of launch timeline. When that comes out, I hope it solves these interface issues.
