I deleted my account for safe measure. Please refund my money. Thx and have a productive week! Happy new year.

Positive: I got a Free Account, and WAS CHARGED multiple times. LOSE ALL MY INFORMATION PLEASE. Its a nice service, but I don't need a monthly charge for something I used once.

Negative: Unwanted charges I never authorized. I had no choice but to put in my card info for a free account. Never again will I do that!

Summary: They stole my money.

Positive: There are no pros!

Negative: They are scammers.

Summary: I used a trial account once, after which I did not perform any more activity on the service. They debited funds for a full premium subscription without informing me, without warning, and prior confirmation of payment. They simply debited the funds and refused to return them. At best, support responds in a day (if at all), but they can't help. I do not recommend the service, do not pay anything here so that your bank card data does not get to them. Be careful.

Positive: Quickly debits funds from your card.
After 7 days, they will connect the premium, even if you don't need it.

Negative: But these funds are debited without warning, without your knowledge, without your confirmation.
Support will ignore you.

Summary: I would strongly advise against considering resume.io for any of your resume-building needs. Their misleading practices and lack of accountability are indicative of a business that cannot be trusted.

Negative: I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with resume.io. The 7-day trial plan advertised on their website turned out to be nothing short of deceptive.

Upon signing up, I believed I would have a full 7 days to evaluate the service at the advertised rate of USD 2.95. However, I found the service to be of limited utility and used it only on the first day.

To my astonishment, without any prior notice, reminder, or warning, I received a notification from my bank that my card had been charged for a full monthly subscription by resume.io. This abrupt action left me feeling blindsided and deeply dissatisfied.

In response, I promptly canceled my account to prevent any further unauthorized charges. Subsequently, I contacted resume.io's support team to request a refund, explaining that I had used the service for just one day, and that was within the first day of the monthly cycle.

Regrettably, it took resume.io's support team a full four days to respond to my urgent complaint. To add insult to injury, their reply informed me that they would not be willing to process a refund, despite the fact that I had terminated my account within the first day of the monthly billing cycle.

This experience leaves me with no choice but to conclude that resume.io engages in deceptive practices. I strongly caution others against falling for their 7-day trial offer, which ultimately results in an irrevocable monthly subscription charge. It is abundantly clear that this company prioritizes profits over integrity and customer satisfaction.

Negative: Waste of money, don't add your credit card, they will charge.

Summary: Bad Customer service, theft of funds by charging subscribers prior to renewal dates, charging after subscription cancellation.

Positive: There were no pros. This service is not worth the time or headache. Definitely use a different company for any resume updates you might want.

I was charged 7 days early for their subscription. I had intended on canceling (which is when I found out the charge had already been processed). I contacted the company immediately, and was told that they would put in my issue and get a refund processed.
I then received an email denying my request saying my account was older than 7 days and no refund would be issued. I contacted the customer service again, explained again and was told that they would escalate my request as it was obviously a mistake.
Nope, no response from the company.
Called a third time, spoke to another representative and was told the same thing.
I then emailed them along with screenshots of my bank invoices and proof of cancellation. No response.
I’ll be contacting my bank to report/block any further charges from them and see if they can refund the fee and pursue action against the company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
