    Broken System & Broken Promises

    Summary: Despite efforts, I can't recommend this service to anyone who is trusting they will be able to get what they pay for.

    Positive: Can purchase resume downloads in bulk--useful really only for permanent placement candidates, not very useful for contract placements.

    Negative: I purchased 2000 resumes for the year. They advertise that they have a Zoho connector to import the resumes. I guess if you do them one at a time, it might work, but don't try to do anything in bulk. It doesn't work. Despite their efforts to try to fix things, it is still broken. Now they offer me the solution of downloading close to 400 resumes one by one. Won't offer me a folder of what I have tried to download and is missing. What kind of technology company is this?
