Responsive surprises by integrating CRM and cloud storage functions Date: Apr 17 2021
Summary: Responsive is much more collaboration-based than any other RFP platform. We strongly recommend its use for adequate speed of response in case you need to run operations that integrate POS management software or online payment software.
Positive: All of the integrations that Responsive (formerly RFPIO) has allow our work to be as advanced as possible, with tools that serve to manage administrative sales processes and improve relationships with each target, processes oriented especially in the SSO, or simply to manage communication with other vendors.
Negative: Responsive is difficult to program while covering interactive operations with customers, as its channel support is not optimal enough to allow us to continue structuring the work during calls. The software also lacks a tool to drag information into sales reports.

Responsive can be integrated with storage and CRM software Date: Mar 21 2021
Summary: Responsive offers a much more collaborative system than any other RFP-oriented service. We recommend it for speed of response when you need to work with integrations to cover online sales and payments, or to optimize customer management. It is quite nice that the workflows have so many on-the-fly configuration options, and that you can manage multiple versions of the same document within the platform in an organized, date and time-based manner, without causing confusion.
Positive: The extent of integrations in Responsive goes so far that it is possible to manage all kinds of responses in the area of customer relationship management, SSO, and group communication management. Responsive shortens the process time to increase the sales success rate.
Negative: Responsive configuration is difficult to perform when working with material that requires a higher level of interactivity during management, such as material whose structure is configured through drag-and-drop tools.
