    Summary: I've always had the problem with documentation sorting. Rentec Direct is a live saver, truly. Recommend it to anyone.

    Positive: Rentec Direct's accounting dashboard was pretty neat. Even though there were some glitches, & hiccups but nothing that their support can't handle. Really neat.

    Negative: There were some occasional glitches, nothing big but it can delete the entries and it can be cumbersome.

    Summary: I would recommend Rentec to any property management company or landlords, whether you manage 1 property or 10, it's a great program.

    Positive: This program makes my rental properties needs organized. I love the Tenant and owner portals and online payment options. I love how I can list properties for rent right through the program. I also love how I can get help 24/7 at no cost.

    Negative: I wish that I could separate the tenants by properties on the tenant page, I do not like how it blends all of them together.

    Summary: Again for the price, it is a great software.

    Positive: It gives you most of what you need, without the large cost of other online cloud based software. I found the software easy to use, but I have previous experience with this type of program, they all have their quirks. Reports are easy to configure, by date and property.

    Negative: The tax information could be better, again for the price it is fine. I do wish when you needed a report the information didn't have to be put in each time. Also wish when you put in an expense from a previous month the program would stay in the month you were in, not go to the current date.
