    Summary: A great option for people who want to get away from tracking their rental business with spreadsheets.
    At a glance of your dashboard you can see rents paid, upcoming rents, reminders, leases about to expire, security deposit and your available properties.

    Positive: - Easy to use interface.
    - Free website and personal URL for listing properties and keeping in touch with tenants.
    - Powerful financial tracking.
    - Can create multiple users to have specific access too certain parts of your rental dashboard.
    - Provide customer service for software questions.
    - Can upgrade or downgrade subscription if things change.

It is very powerful but, unfortunately, that can also sometimes mean it is a bit confusing. We also hope to add credit checks to the platform soon.
