Summary: Overall, it's been a positive experience. I really like our Account Manager, and the employees seem happy with the service.
Positive: I liked their effective communication throughout the hiring and onboarding process. They kept us in the loop on the contracts getting signed and on benefits getting set up. Global payroll through the EOR was also a good experience because the platform was easy to use.
Negative: None come to mind. I guess it would be nice if the cost were less, but they are already priced competitively, so that wouldn't be very realistic.
