    Summary: ReferPro is a program and a company we will be with for the Long Hall. The amount of Support, and The already benefit of receiving referrals that have completed work with us is amazing. Lacey Hill, our representative, leads us in a way that is transparent, encouraging, and filled with perspective on our best to make ReferPro perform at its optimum levels.

    Positive: The referral program called ReferPro is nothing but a blessing for our company. Being at home services, the value of interpersonal relationship relationships is what drives a lot of our business. Word-of-mouth needs to supplemented with a tool like this. Lacey and her team have been diligently, teaching us how to best utilize this program from the beginning, always ready to schedule a meeting to clarify any missed details, and helping us close gaps. Feel extremely grateful for all the work they’re doing to make sure that our ReferPro program is top-notch and working. I also love the scorecard feature, helping us to fully utilize the program in all areas of our business.

    Negative: Not necessarily a con, but it would be cool to see a score of 100 on the scorecard example. Whether that’s a home service, or any other company that’s fully utilizing it it would be cool to have a case study to refer to.

    Summary: My experience with ReferPro has been very disappointing. The sales process was extremely pushy, and I was encouraged to sign on the spot without being given clear information about key details like USD billing, extra per-gift fees, and the manual steps required to use the platform. Once onboarding began, it became obvious the service wasn’t a good fit for our business.

    We never used the service or launched a single campaign, yet ReferPro refused to cancel the contract. Communication was slow throughout the process, and an additional payment was even processed after I had formally requested cancellation.

    For a company that claims to support small businesses, the rigid contract terms, lack of transparency, and unwillingness to act professionally were very disappointing. I recommend other business owners read every line of the fine print and proceed with caution.

    Positive: They have a good idea, the platform seem ok, not sure what more to add.

    Very limited product, bad customer service

    Summary: Not worth the money spent and time setting it up, the sales call promised the world however only delivered on a small portion.

    Positive: Good idea executed poorly
    Pretty easy to use
    They do a lot of the set up for you
    The product has a future for sure, needs to work on their customer service and support and widen the use cases of campaigns

    Negative: Not very customizable
    Emails go to spam
    Can’t be used for multiple types of campaigns
    Customer service is poor and quite slow
