RefNow Description
Businesses worldwide trust RefNow to collect detailed references on candidates using automated GDPR compliant feedback. Your team can collect references faster and make better decisions based on the information you have about your candidates.
Our system allows companies to digitally manage the process of employment reference checking. Our system will collect your references and send you automated emails, text messages, and phone calls until each reference is completed.
Simply enter the details of the candidate and our advanced system will handle the rest. You'll receive detailed reports for your team.
How does RefNow work
The Employer creates a reference request for the candidate via the RefNow platform. The candidate completes the RefNow platform by adding the most recent contact details of his or her referees. We then collect references via a secure, mobile-friendly questionnaire. The employer receives a report with detailed feedback on the candidate once the questionnaire is completed.

Taluate
Independent recruiters and specialized agencies that utilize Taluate experience a significant reduction in candidate fallouts by 40%, leading to greater confidence among their clients regarding hiring decisions. Taluate serves as a competency-focused reference assessment platform, equipping recruiters with unparalleled structured insights into a candidate's work performance prior to extending any job offers. Rather than relying on informal references or instinct to justify their candidate selections, Taluate enhances the entire reference process by automating competency-based feedback collection, which is then measured against the proprietary Taluate Hiring Competency Index (THCI™) framework. This information is compiled into a comprehensive candidate report, enabling hiring managers to make informed decisions with assurance. Recruiters leveraging Taluate don't merely present candidates; they provide substantiated evidence to back their recommendations. Consequently, this approach results in fewer unexpected issues at the time of offer, stronger candidate submittals, and a loyal client base that continues to trust the recruiter who offers them certainty in their hiring choices. Ultimately, by adopting Taluate, recruiters not only elevate their service quality but also enhance the overall hiring experience for their clients.
