    Summary: A very robust, fast and efficient software package with great customer support. Super easy to use. With estimating, billing, purchasing and project management tools already built in it's the clear winner for us.

    Positive: The program comes with labor units and material pricing. Having the labor units already available for my review, adjusting if needed, and use saved countless hours of setup. The material pricing gets us in the ballpark and with the built in Request For Quote feature it's a snap to send out a material list for vendor pricing. Having it web based makes it easy to access as long as we have an internet connection. The customer support is top notch. No filling out a service ticket and waiting in a queue for days. They get back to me promptly. The program is easy to learn and navigate. We were up to speed in no time.

    Negative: So far no issues. We take advantage of all the modules and are very happy with the program.
