Makes reservation management a breeze! Date: Apr 20 2019
Summary: We have been using this software for over 15 years and it just has gotten better each year. The addition of the Tenant Portal is a great tool for our guests. There are so many features and reports that keep our office running smoothly.
Positive: The navigation, design and layout are simple, consistent and easy! There's very little delay for teaching new users how to operate the software. Fantastic tech support! Easy to get in touch with someone and always get a quick resolution.
Negative: I've experienced no cons with the software.

Summary: After over 19 years of using this software, I am very happy with it.
Positive: This cloud based software is very easy to use, both on the back end for my staff and on the front end for my customer.
Negative: in my market we have cooperating rental brokers. I don't like that some of them do not use this system. It would make things much easier if they did.

Great Software, Training and Support Date: Apr 15 2019
Summary: The personal attention is really great. When an issue arises, we are talking to the same people. That makes the resolution quick and easy since we are not calling a support line where you get a different person each time.
Positive: The client response and support are outstanding. Each time a new employee is added, training is provided that is concise, timely and convenient. If a new situation or issue is found, it can be resolved with a personal phone call or email to the support staff. A reply or discussion of the best solution is held within minutes. If something arises that may be done more efficiently, there is always an open dialogue that may result in software improvements for all clients. Processes are clearly defined and easy to follow. Predefined reports are plentiful and selections allow for several views of the data.
Negative: It would be useful to review a few more of the reports in detail. A follow up training on the reports about a month or two after implementation would be beneficial.

Summary: Bette Ann is the rep that I call on almost a daily basis and she is so valuable to us and to this program. I really don't know what we would do without her.
Positive: They are all very helpful and willing to do everything they can to make life easier.
Negative: Changing of the rates and having to approve the rates after you install them was one more step that I would rather not have to do. They changed the system so now you do not have the extra step.

Summary: It is an excellent program, and the techs are very easy to work with. They have adjusted their version to accommodate our preferences, and have been tremendous help in bringing our company current.
Positive: Customer service is excellent! Always available to help with questions or situations.
Negative: There are very few or no cons to the program. It was a little difficult at first, but once I used it a couple of times, it worked great.

Summary: The system, the staff, the programmers...all easy to work with. Especially love that they are very friendly and always willing to listen to our suggestions. In a day and age when all of the online programs only give you an email address to send your comments, problems, etc to, or a phone call that ends up getting you nowhere, Real Time is the exception. When you call you get to talk to a person who actually knows the system and who will always take the time to help you through anything. Thank You!
Positive: I find the system to be the most efficient of any system on the market. They have been doing a lot of upgrades which are making the system even easier to use. Most important Pro - are the PROfessionals that you get to talk to at Real Time!
Negative: Can't really list any cons since whenever we find something that may work better with a few adjustments, they take care of it.

Summary: We have been with Real Time Rental for about 5 years now. We have found it to be reliable and easy to use. Our favorite part of working with RTR is that the software is always improving and introducing new features. The staff is always very helpful when you need their help!
Positive: Easy to Use, Always Being Updated, Kind Support Staff, Technologically Advanced and Forward Thinking.
Negative: No down sides immediately come to mind as of right now.
