Summary: Highly recommended. Flexible membership types. They also offer other built-in apps and integrations.

Positive: It's easy to use. We've setup our account in less than an hour and started collecting membership payments.

Negative: It'd be great to have more video tutorials. They have some on Youtube but it would be helpful to have more.

Summary: It is almost impossible to find software we can afford and much more difficult to find a platform that meets all of our requirements, therefore I recommend that everyone who works with large organizations use this product. It allows you to concentrate on projects rather than task management.

Positive: Our administrative personnel isn't tech-savvy, hence it was difficult for us to work with something intricate. Raklet is simple and clear, so we can figure out what we want to do in a matter of seconds. Large numbers of people are also simple to manage. We have over 10,000 users in our contact database, and keeping track of them, organizing events, collecting payments, and sending messages is usually a nightmare. Raklet has all of the tools we require in one place, allowing us to concentrate our efforts and spend more time on the project rather than the platform.

Negative: Email designer can use some update in terms of visuality.
