You can quickly see what's happening in your fleet and take action. You can monitor your fleet's health by obtaining information about devices that are not reporting, idle time and speeding incidents. Our non-proprietary GPS tracking software and devices can be used with almost any third-party system. This flexibility allows you to integrate Rastrac’s equipment or software into existing systems, saving time, energy, money, and money. Rastrac's vehicle tracking features can be accessed from any programming environment via the Rastrac Web API. This allows for automated scripting of common tasks and seamless integration into customer user interfaces with other business-specific tools.

Summary: Excellent Customer Service and we have not had any problems.
They take care of their customers.Positive: The personnel is always available to help. I have found that the little things I found that I needed help with were there by asking. I just did not know where to look.
Everyone at Rastrac is willing to help.
I have learned to ask Brigette and she points me in the right direction.Negative: I have nothing to report on cons as they always jump through hoops to help us out.

Summary: Great asset for running our boat rental and club business. Support for the product has been excellent.
Positive: Valuable information for tracking, engine hours, and safety awareness for our team and customers. Reporting features enables us to monitor performance on a daily basis.
Negative: Installation could improve, would be nice to have a snap in ability enabling our staff to install. Transferring units from one asset to another is difficult for our staff.

Do you need to know where your equipment is? Date: Feb 13 2024
Summary: The system is super easy to use. Tons of features more than I can even figure out how to use. But anytime I have questions I’m always able to call and get a very quick response and an immediate solution to my questions. The Rastrac team has been amazing at trying to help integrate special request or solve any issues I have or answering any questions.
Positive: Often times I’m trying to locate equipment and or determine how long it has been since that equipment has been serviced. With Rastrac being able to keep the hours virtually I have no questions about how long it’s been for any of my equipment. It’s very simple for me to write up a report on how often I need to do things.
Negative: Over all I have no negative response. Everything is hands down the best I have used.

Summary: Fantastic.
Positive: Joe Kavich best sales person in the business. Makes dealing with Rastrac very easy. Would love more features to make this a one stop app for all our needs.
Negative: No signature capture with email alerts for clients and sales people.
