Summary: Overall, I've been very pleased with Bulk Mailer. It's undergone several ownership changes in my time using it, but the program has remained rock solid.
Positive: I've been using Bulk Mailer for 10+ years now and it's been a great tool to expand our company's services. It's extremely robust and makes direct mail a breeze.
Negative: It is very overwhelming to learn the program. One wrong click of a button somewhere in the settings for a mail job and the whole thing is messed up.
