It offers smart scheduling, which is smart option to schedule messages for user base who are residing in different time zones. It supports Split testing which allows to compare the performance of different models through analytics eliminating the guesswork. It records the user journey over app or website and provide the insights through analytics which help in understanding the user base more conveniently. Customer profiling is unique feature which allow to profile your visitors based on IF, AND, OR logic for different combinations of events.

    Not working and NO support

    Summary: PushBots Service and Availability.

    This system worked well initially, but in the last 6 months they have had many days where i was unable to send notifications which costs me money. The support has gone from OK to very bad, they dont even look at the support messages !! I have reverted to the FREE service but they are still taking the money despite me removing my subscription and card details. Currently i cant do anything, and no response to support help in over 10 days!

    Don't touch this system.

    Positive: There are NO pro's it is out of order and has been for weeks.

    Negative: Doesn't work and no support.
