Prowyser Reviews

Prowyser Description

Prowyser is an innovative, cloud-based software solution designed specifically for field service management tailored to repair and home-service sectors, such as plumbing, heating, electrical, locksmithing, and multi-trade contractors. This platform streamlines the process by integrating customer requests and work orders from insurers or property managers into shared job files, facilitating efficient office scheduling, technician assignments, maintenance visits, and customer record management. Field teams benefit from a mobile application that allows them to access their daily tasks, document their work, attach images, fill out intervention reports, and gather signatures; notably, these field operations can be executed offline and will sync automatically once internet connectivity is restored. Additionally, Prowyser offers functionalities for estimates, invoicing, payment tracking, reminders, and accounting exports, while also enabling synchronization with Pennylane. The software seamlessly integrates with popular services like Google Calendar, Gmail, and Outlook, enhancing workflows and collaboration through assistance networks. Ultimately, Prowyser is delivered as a web-based service, complemented by mobile applications specifically designed for field technicians, ensuring they have all the necessary tools at their fingertips. This comprehensive approach not only simplifies field service management but also boosts productivity and customer satisfaction.
