Positive: I use the Protectimus Slim hardware token to log into my account remotely via Cisco VPN. It was a company requirement, but I’ve had no issues with using MFA or carrying the OTP token with me. I know my account is much more secure this way. Since the token is the size of a card, I just keep it in my wallet, and it’s easy to take everywhere.

Negative: MFA has worked perfectly every time, and from what I hear, our admins are really happy with the product as well.
