Don't forget to exercise! Add exercise to your workout. Fill parameters like sets, reps and duration. Also, make sure you rest between sets. You can either copy/paste one or more exercises within the workout, or select a set from other workouts that you wish to copy. You can create variations of any exercise parameter on the exercise page. After adding them to a workout, just select the variations name to fill in all parameters.
