    Summary: Good price and quality. Much better than expected provided that the price is probably the most competitive on the market right now.

    Positive: The OpenClaw instance creation was indeed very fast. I had access to terminal which I didn't have on some other similar service. Free tier of included AI is pretty generous.

    Negative: Couldn't find guides at first. They have to be placed on more visible place.

    Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback—we truly appreciate it. To provide some additional context: this user received support responses within an average of 1–10 minutes. His initial issue with skill installation was fully resolved within a couple of hours. Support provided a clear example command (using a sample skill for demonstration), which he interpreted as unhelpful because it was not the exact skill he had referenced. He also requested that the team personally install the skill on his instance, a service that is not included in our offering. When he reported a missing button, our support team responded immediately with troubleshooting steps and proactively offered a screen-sharing session to examine the interface in real time. Unfortunately, the user declined further assistance and maintained that the button was still missing, even though similar interface issues would be immediately reported and resolved very quickly because we have Discord live chat. The user then requested a refund without completing the recommended troubleshooting steps. This does not appear to reflect the typical experience with our support process. We remain committed to resolving any genuine technical issues promptly and are always open to further discussion if the user would like to revisit the matter.
