PsychSurveys can be used by mental health professionals in private and group settings to create and distribute customizable diary cards/tracking sheet as well as valid, reliable mental health surveys to patients to assess their distress levels and track their progress over time. PsychSurveys was created in collaboration with psychologists who have been intensively trained in cognitive behavior and dialectical therapy.
